Buscamos incorporar a dos Técnicos/as de Logística Expedición y Exportación para una empresa de producción y distribución de materias primas para el  sector alimentario, cosmético, químico y farmacéutico. Con un claro plan de  expansión, se esperan importantes crecimientos tanto a nivel nacional como  internacional, liderados por un equipo joven y dinámico. 

Algunos de los productos que se trabajan son aceites vegetales, aceites esenciales, extractos vegetales, agentes texturizantes, dióxido de Titanio, Metilcelulosas, Polifosfatos, Zinc, etc.

 

Funciones:

  • Gestionar opciones de agencias de transportes para envío terrestre, aéreo y marítimo.
  • Gestionar la documentación de exportación (BLs, Air Way Bills, Cartas de Porte, Facturas, Hojas de Seguridad).
  • Organizar los envíos marítimos y aéreos.
  • Gestionar llamadas y canalizarlas a los distintos departamentos.
  • Control y trato de incidencias

Requisitos:

  • Se valorará estudios universitarios en ADE, Economía, etc.
  • Se valorará máster de logística internacional o logística en general.
  • Se valorará conocimientos de exportación e importación (normativas, incoterms, aduanas, etc.)
  • Experiencia en el ámbito logístico
  • Dominio del Inglés (hablado y escrito)
  • Preferible experiencia en ERP Dynamics 365
  • Dominio de Excel y Office.
  • Espíritu emprendedor y con ganas de participar en el crecimiento de una empresa dinámica
  • Fuertes habilidades organizativas y de gestión del tiempo

What you will be doing:

The Company software platform utilizes a front-end configuration process to build a unique solution for every customer. Solution Consultants are expected to master that configuration to solve all customer challenges and equip them with the most optimized system possible. This is a heavily customer facing role.

 Project work:

  • Workshop business and technical requirements from clients serving as a key link between technical and business teams.
  • Collaborate with customers to define and meet their business goals
  • Detailed data analysis to uncover strengths and deficiencies in customer processes to guide optimal solution builds.
  • Build advanced configurations across all Company modules in Forecasting with Machine Learning, Supply Chain, Space, and Workforce optimizations to deliver value to our customers. 
  • Testing and validation of solution key performance metrics like forecast accuracy, inventory projections, replenishment orders, and others.
  • Train the customer to become proficient and self-sustaining in their customized software solution.

Internal work:

  • Assist with scoping or demoing in sales cases when necessary
  • Work with the Best Practices and Product teams to identify potential product development opportunities to improve our market offering.
  • Challenge and develop implementation and solution best practice for different industries (i.e. Grocery, DIY, Home Goods, etc.)
  • Work with the team to expand industry and product knowledge as both a trainer and participant.

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • Background in engineering, math, computer science, software systems, or supply chain.
  • Additional (not required but strengthen qualifications): 1.5 to 5 years of work experience in forecast analysis, management consulting, supply chain development, software configuration and implementation or other relevant area in retail / consulting industry
  • Required experience in the following areas: Supply Chain Management (SCM), Demand forecasting, Logistics, Data analytics
  • Fluent in Spanish & English. Nice to have – Italian language.

As a Procurement Manager you will be responsible for ensuring alignment, coverage and deployment of global category strategies to maximize Global Procurement value contribution and total cost of ownership, while ensuring a proper alignment & contribution to Industrial Area priorities. This role ensures compliance with policies, strategies and processes, manages stakeholder needs, drives innovation and contributes to the organization’s growth in addition to supervising the procurement industrial function. Managing supplier relation and performance, you will support Global Lead Buyers in executing sourcing projects, supplier negotiation, award recommendations, risk management, contract execution and business case presentations, while capturing industrial requirements.

 

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Act as a Procurement Business Partner by providing a link between procurement and business stakeholders to ensure strategies are tailored towards the business whilst also ensuring alignment with procurement procedures 
  • Engage internal stakeholders and suppliers as needed to support the development of effective category plans

Buscamos incorporar a un/a Responsable de Aprovisionamiento para una empresa especializada en el diseño, desarrollo y fabricación de vehículos  eléctricos con sede y fábrica en Barcelona.

Objetivo:

El objetivo principal es el control y seguimiento del aprovisionamiento de piezas para primer equipo (líneas de ensamblaje en planta de producción), principalmente para uno de nuestros productos.

 

Funciones y Responsabilidades:

 

  • Realizar la planificación de demanda y seguimiento de aprovisionamiento para asegurar la disponibilidad a tiempo de materias primas y auxiliares necesarias para la producción. Lanzamiento y seguimiento de pedidos a proveedores nacionales e internacionales.
  • Mantener un correcto flujo de información con proveedores y todos los departamentos tanto internos de operaciones como externos. Estar atentos a cambios o nuevas piezas por parte de R+D para ajustar los pedidos.
  • Gestión del stock de producción: Previsión y optimización de stock necesario según PDP anual.
  • Gestión de procesos de transporte de mercancías:  Seguimiento de las entregas de los pedidos en cantidad y tiempo necesario para asegurar la producción.
  • Gestión de incidencias: Seguimiento de no conformidades de proveedores, notificadas a los mismos por parte de calidad, para asegurar que el material se encuentre en los tiempos requeridos para no parar la producción.
  • Gestión de pagos: Enviar peticiones de pago a contabilidad para el material de importación, si es necesario.
  • Implantación de indicadores, seguimiento y aseguramiento de objetivos.
  • Puntualmente, realización de visitas a proveedores y posibles viajes, en caso necesario.
  • Cumplir con las instrucciones ambientales y obligaciones asociadas a los aspectos ambientales de su puesto, en particular la adecuada segregación de residuos.

 

Requisitos:

  • Grado universitario, preferiblemente ingeniería. Se valorará de manera muy positiva máster en logística y/o supply chain.

(Planning área) para EMEA DE MULTINACIONAL GLOBAL del SECTOR FARMACEÚTICO en

The Supply Planning & Change Management Senior Expert will ensure an uninterrupted
supply of assigned products and countries by solving operational supply issues and
steering the collaboration with packaging sites and external partners. Monitor inventory
levels at affiliate locations to ensure the right trade-off of production cost, inventory
holding cost and scrapping risks. Coordinate the implementation of product label changes
by assessing regulatory requirements, defining implementation strategy, setting up
workflows and assigning work packages to other functions such as packaging technology
or regulatory affairs and monitoring the execution.

Main Tasks And Responsabilities:
• Ensure an uninterrupted supply of assigned products and countries by solving
operational supply issues and steering the collaboration with external partners.
• Monitor inventory levels at affiliate locations and ensure adherence to inventory
targets by developing and monitoring short term supply plans in close collaboration
with internal packaging sites and Contract Manufacturing Organizations.
• Exception-based management of operational supply issues, such as out of stock
events or overstocking as well as support the prioritization and allocation in supply
bottleneck situations.
• Define and control required bridging stock levels due to country-specific events.
• Ensure Good Manufacturing Practice -compliance by managing product changes
according to supply needs and local regulatory requirements.
• Ensure the execution of changes by assessing regulatory requirements, defining
implementation strategy and workflow, assigning work packages to functions and
scheduling due dates.
• Adaption of implementation strategy, prioritization of work and escalation in case of
deviations during the change execution.
• Material management for externally procured finished goods, including ordering,
forecasting, monitoring and reporting of supply performance and escalation of supply
issue.
• Initiate and check master data maintenance including consistent planning parameters
for replenishment processes.
• Support in projects as subject matter expert.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor or master in Supply Chain Management, regulatory or pharmaceutical
discipline, or equivalent education.
• Minimum 5 years operational or project experience in demand and supply planning.
• Analytical skills to define, model, analyses and solve short to mid-term supply chain
issues.
